A Home Inspector With Over 20 Years of Construction Experience
Before Mike transitioned to inspecting homes, he did important work as a specialized inspector in the construction industry. Mike’s duties involved concrete and structural construction inspections for large-scale city and state building projects, and he was also often responsible for material testing and soil engineering. Aside from his work as an inspector, Mike started doing carpentry at a young age, and he has built numerous homes from the ground up—totalling 20+ years of construction-related experience.

- The buyer or seller of the home is always encouraged to be on site when Mike performs the property inspection—giving you an up-close perspective of the home’s strengths and weaknesses, and giving Mike a chance to walk you through any findings that may be difficult to understand without first laying eyes on the component in question

When he’s not on the job, one of Mike’s favorite hobbies is building custom hot rods—in fact, he has had one car specially featured in Chevy High Performance magazine. Mike also enjoys welding, remodeling, hunting, fishing, and 4-wheeling. Most of all, Mike loves to spend quality time with his son.
