MEET DG HOME INSPECTIONS
Experienced eyes. A real person behind the answers.
Mike Ardizzone brings over 25 years of industry experience and a straightforward, personal approach to inspecting Northern Nevada properties.
MIKE ARDIZZONE · OWNER & LEAD INSPECTOR
A careful inspection.
A conversation you can follow.
An inspection report matters. So does the person who helps you understand it.
Mike Ardizzone owns and leads DG Home Inspections. With over 25 years of industry experience, he brings a practical eye to the condition of a property and takes the time to explain what he observes. You work directly with an experienced local inspector—not a different point of contact at every stage.
Buying a home can come with a long list of questions. Mike’s approach is to make the findings understandable, distinguish concerns from ordinary upkeep, and give you useful information for your next conversation. That may be a discussion with your real estate representative, the seller, a builder or a qualified repair specialist.
His inspections are not promises that a property is perfect. They are a closer look at accessible conditions, communicated clearly so you can make your own informed decisions.

WHAT WORKING WITH MIKE LOOKS LIKE
Clear information.
Personal attention.
DG’s standard home inspections follow InterNACHI’s Standards of Practice. The inspection focuses on accessible systems and conditions, and the report records the findings in a way you can review and share. Gas leak detectors, carbon monoxide detectors and moisture meters are used as needed during standard inspections at no additional charge.
You receive a personalized digital home inspection report within 24 hours of the completed inspection. Photographs and video are included when they help explain an observation. Online access and PDF downloads make it easier to keep the information together for purchase discussions, maintenance or home repair planning.
Mike also makes time for questions. You should know what the finding means, what may deserve further evaluation and which questions to take to the appropriate specialist. An inspection is most useful when the information can be put to work.
THE PERSON BEHIND DG
Doing everything it takes
to help you succeed.
Before Mike began inspecting homes, he worked as a specialized inspector in the construction industry. His background includes concrete and structural construction inspections for large city and state building projects, as well as material testing and soil engineering. He started carpentry at a young age and has built homes from the ground up.
That hands-on experience still shapes the way Mike works. Buyers and sellers are encouraged to be on site whenever possible, so he can walk through findings that are easier to understand in person. Questions are always welcome, whether they come up at the inspection or after reviewing the report.
Away from work, Mike enjoys building custom hot rods and working on classic cars. One of his cars was featured in Chevy High Performance magazine. He also values time with family, and his son, Dany Gregory—“DG”—has helped his dad on job sites.
